The Wheelchairs 4 Kids Jail and Bail event entails prominent people from around the Tampa Bay area (and David Siracusa) being "arrested" and brought to the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa where "bail" will be raised to secure their release AND many important funds for kids who need new wheelchairs and accessories.
